Shipping & Delivery within the U.S.

Orders will be processed in 1-7 business business days from order date.  Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays.

Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase.

 

Shipping Outside the U.S.

Delivery times are estimated to be 7-14 business days, but please note that delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country.

Errors and Shipment Delays

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other

natural or environmental factors, we will ship out products at the specified time frame promised. However, we advise that you place your order in advance to allow for unplanned delays.

All address errors must be reported 24 hours after purchase

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of our products, they can not be exchanged or refunded. It will be the costumers sole responsibility for any products that need to be replaced due to damage after 3 days.

NYZ will NOT be responsible for any reactions to accessories or damage from excessive use of fashion pieces.
